These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites www.padhle.in, live.padhle.in, and the Padhle mobile applications operated by Papergist Innovations Private Limited (“Padhle”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using any of our platforms, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

  1. Use of the Platforms

Our websites and applications are made available for educational purposes and general informational use. Content, courses, and services may change or be updated at any time without notice. You are responsible for ensuring that the services offered meet your specific needs before enrolling or making any purchase.

You agree not to misuse the platforms or engage in activities that may disrupt their functioning, impact other users, or violate applicable laws. Certain parts of the platforms may require account creation, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content available on our platforms—including videos, notes, text, graphics, images, design, layout, trademarks, logos, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Papergist Innovations Private Limited. Your use of the platforms does not grant any ownership rights over this content.

You may view the content for personal educational use only. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, resell, modify, or exploit any material without prior written consent from Padhle.

Any unauthorized use may result in account suspension and legal action.

  1. Course Purchases, Refunds & Transfers

All course purchases made on padhle.in, live.padhle.in, or the Padhle mobile applications are final.

Non-Refundable

All payments for courses, digital products, subscriptions, study material, and services are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Non-Transferable

Access to courses or services cannot be transferred, reassigned, resold, or shared with any other person. Each purchase is valid only for the individual user who registered.

You are responsible for ensuring that the course you select meets your requirements before making a purchase.

  1. Payment Terms

Payments made on our platforms are processed securely through trusted payment partners such as Razorpay. We do not store sensitive card or banking information on our servers. By completing a payment, you authorize us and the payment gateway to process the transaction.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, access to the purchased content may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

  1. User Conduct

By using our platforms, you agree not to:

  • Copy, download, record, distribute, or share course materials
  • Upload or post content that violates laws or infringes intellectual property
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, security systems, or authentication
  • Use the platform for advertising, promotion, or unauthorised commercial activity
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
  • Engage in data scraping, mining, or automated access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

  1. Content Submitted by Users

If you upload, submit, or share any content (such as comments, images, videos, or feedback), you confirm that you own the rights to that content. By submitting it, you grant Padhle a non-exclusive license to use, display, and publish it for operational purposes.

We may remove any user content that violates these Terms or is considered inappropriate.

Some features may be delivered using third-party service providers, including our learning management system partner Appx (Creator Economy Tech Pvt. Ltd.). These partners help operate our apps, course delivery, and backend systems.
Third-party websites or links that appear on our platforms are for convenience only. We do not endorse or control their content and are not responsible for their terms or policies.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Padhle makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access and accurate information but does not guarantee absolute availability, error-free content, or uninterrupted services.

Your use of the platforms is at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padhle, its directors, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Interruptions or delays
  • Errors or inaccuracies
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Papergist Innovations Private Limited, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platforms or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access at our discretion if:

  • Misuse of content is detected
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activities occur

Termination does not entitle the user to any refund.
